kakiage is a mixed chopped vegetable tempura and this recipe was dedicated to us from Yudai's grandmother from Hokkaido. This kakiage has onions, mushrooms, egg plant, green beans, carrots, sweet potato, squid. This set comes with 2 pieces of kakiage tempura, dipping dashi sauce with grated daikon radish in it, white rice, Hokkaido style fish broth miso soup with scallion, wakame seaweed and small appetizer of the day. Vegetarian option available without squid.
Hokkaido style Kaisen seafood Ankake yakisoba noodle
This is a Hokkaido classic lunch menu we all love. Kaisen ankake yakisoba is pan fried soba noodle that is topped with salt based seafood broth sauce with cabbage, carrots, peppers, chives, mushrooms, squid, salmon flakes. This set comes with Hokkaido style fish broth miso soup with scallion and wakame seaweed.

This is a burger in a brioche buns. Patty is a Japanese style hamburger steak with chopped onions inside. Super juicy and flavorful. patty is on the bed of lettuce and small tomatos are on the side. This set comes with thick cut french fries (salted and seasoned). optional kethcup is available.
Lamburg steak lunch set
This set comes with Japanese style hamburger steak that is made with 100 percent lamb from New Zealand with chopped onions inside the patty that is topped with special red wine sauce. This set comes with roasted seasonal vegetables, green salad, Hokkaido style fish broth miso soup with scallion and wakame seaweed and small appetizer of the day.
Hokkaido style zangi Fried chicken set
The fried chicken as known as zangi is a Hokkaido specialty soul food. Chicken is marinated in our original sauce and then deep fried in egg based batter. Crunchy outside, juicy and flavorful. This set comes with Hokkaido white rice, green salad, Hokkaido style fish broth miso soup with scallion and wakame seaweed and small appetizer of the day. Chicken comes with homemade sour soy based dipping sauce but not needed as chicken has great flavor without sauce.

Homemade shiokara pickled squid in 3 colors.
Shiokara is Hokkaido specialty side dish. This is a squid that is salted, and pickled in the squid liver. Yellow one is the original shiokara, red one is died with liver skin, and black one is with squid ink. Enjoy different flavors. Highly recommend this to anyone who loves ocean, fishy flavor. You can finish a bowl of rice just with this side dish.
